First, I really love the program. After the first day when I entered my information, already a relative in Finland has added to it with no problems. I want to back up the file to my computer, and did using the descendants file, and the complete file. I received an email showing the ged file had been uploaded, but how do I open it? I tried a couple of online products, but all I see is my name and nothing else.
Can you give me a suggestion as to how to open this file up? I don't need to edit it on the backed-up version, just want to have a copy of all the data just in case. It did take me about 8 hours to enter.

ps. I figured how to delete a person I accidentally connected with a name that was not her husband. I see this is a major issue with many. I had to delete two other people near her, and then delete her. It's a bit cumbersome, and when we make a mistake in entering and defining relationships, I wish there was an easier way to delete the person without having to delete the connections.
