I requested a GEDCOM export, about 2 weeks ago, and I still have not received a link to download it.
Can someone please advise the status of this request, or if i'm doing something wrong?

Hello Chris:
Please make sure you are subscribed to receive notifications from Geni by doing the following:
1. Login to your Geni account
2. Select Account Settings
3. Select Notifications
4. Check only the boxes of those email notices you would like to receive
5. Save and Close
If you used to receive messages from Geni regarding updates in your Family Tree, Discussions, Birthday/Anniversary reminders, as well as password recovery emails- but you no longer are- you may have flagged our emails as SPAM.
To ensure receipt of emails, please login to your personal email account, add geni@geni.com to your contact list and check to make sure that Geni messages have not been flagged as SPAM or been sent to your Junk mail folder. If you see that they have been, simply move those back into your Inbox or Safe List. Your emails reminders and updates should then resume shortly thereafter.
Since you requested the GEDCOM export already a new email will not be resent, so you may login to your Geni account and then go to the following link to download your GEDCOM: http://www.geni.com/gedcom/download
