I was a Geni basic member for many years. I built quite an extensive tree, then I layed off for quite a while. I got an e-mail to try the "pro-plan" for free for 2 weeks and discovered I could not add to my tree anymore (basic limitations), so I signed up for the free trial. I did not use it in that time period and then got an automatic bill for $190.00. I canceled my membership and asked them to stop the charge to my credit card. Well... now my membership is canceled, including the basic membership, the tree I built is gone, but the charge went through; so I was charged $190.00, but have no membership at all (except for this one that I just started) and no tree. How do I get ahold of someone at the Geni site?????
