don't want to merge profiles!!!

This is so not nice of Geni side - I have received several merge requests which I do not want to accept, and then when I click on No, thanks; they are different; Geni completely ignores me and just offers their upgrade but doesn't want to remove merge request!!!  Even in help topics Geni writes that person should click on "no, they are different" however it is not possible!

 I wrote a letter to person who sent me the requests but he is not responding yet. Is there a way I can get rid of those requests my myself???
