Around August of last year when you made the big changes to the rights of non-pro users I have asked your marketing dude to allow non-pro users to complete mergers that were initiated by pro users. At the time your marketing guy promised to add this feature. The feature was not added nor I recieved any message from him why.
As a result of not having this capability, my tree is being almost frozen in time. I have numerous merge requests that I inititaed as a pro user but can not be completed since the other profile owner is not a pro. You may be recieving more money now, but you clearly have many more unhappy customers - especially the ones that pay you money like me.
I would appriciate a response to this request, not the standard silence...
