Paid for Upgrade to Pro Membership, still receiving only Basic

I paid for a pro subscription via paypal and my account still only shows as "basic" and I cannot access any of the pro features.  I have tried to contact Geni via the subscriptions email and have received no response.  I cannot submit a ticket because the site does not recognize me as a "pro" member.  This is very frustrating, I have nowhere else to ask for help since there isn't a customer serivce number.
