how do i delete a person without having to upgrade to pro

i have a duplicate member and don't want to upgrade to pro - how do i delete them

  Deleting a profile or not is not a question about being a Pro user (only when you want to merge it), but it is a question about permission to edit the profile.

  Hit the [x] in the upper right corner of the profile in tree-view.

  thanks for the reply.  the person has already accepted the invite, thus the X is no longer in the box!!!!!  So what do you suggest I do now?  thank you

  If you are talking about a claimed profile only he/she can do something about it by logging in and closing the account.

  Alternatively this user-profile can be disconnected from your tree, depending on how it is connected.
