Why I can't see the documents posted by my brother in our tree?

My brother has inserted documents so that we can see their relatives and eventuallycopy, but this is not possible for me or for our other relatives who are part of the same tree. My brother bought the pro version so we can have access to all data from our tree,whose administrator is entered by e.mail balconi.lazzaro@ gmail.com
