Is there a way, email, phone, smoke signals, to contact Geni about a problem?

I want to upgrade, but am having a problem with the system. To enter a trouble ticket you have to be a premium member. I can't become a premium member without being able to enter a trouble ticket. Endless loop. The site doesn't appear to have a contact method anywhere.

 

Any suggestons?
