My cousin has passed away. At some time he seems to have updated his profile in error, partially giving himself our grandfather's name. How would someone access his account to change his name back to the correct one?

Bjørn P. Brox Curators have access to edit his name, but since he have passed away it might be better that you ask Geni support to release his profile.
