Some of my family members do not have a profile icon.  I simply want to edit the profile, but cannot find an icon.

  Just open your Tree and if not finding them there you can add them

  You should see little yellow arrows next to the family members to build on to the tree.  http://help.geni.com/entries/466614-How-do-I-add-someone-to-my-tree-

  I can see the edit profile on my profile but when i go to my son's it is not there.

  I need to edit a family members profile but  am not able due to the profile not having any edit icon. The edit required is urgent as it relates to death. help

  i have a SIMILAR problem.

  i cannot ENTER birthdate of my grand daughter , the "edit" possibility IS NOT SHOWN.

  Daniel Rozenberg in looking at your family tree I see two of your grand daughters are 'claimed' users of Geni, a claimed useris one who have joined Geni, if it is one of them they are are the only ones who can edit their profiles
