How do you put the family in birth order?

I put the family in the tree, but it is not in birth order.  I tried to move it in birth order but it doesn't go in birth order. Also if you start add other members in the tree it seems to fit in where-ever it fits.  How do I get it in birth order and then their family shows thereater

  Edit the profile of one of the sibings, under the birth date you should see "Birth Order (Change Birth Order)".  Click the "Change Birth Order" link and drag the profiles into the proper place.

  Neither birth nor marriage order are showing as options. They used. What the heck happened?

  Vita, you may be looking in the incorrect place or perhaps you just don't have permission on that profile.  It looks like this for birth. http://grab.by/orvO  Marriage will look similar on the relationship tab.  If you still can't see it, please identify the profile.  It's possible that if the profile is "claimed" (geni user) then it may not show all options as you don't have permission to change them, but I'm not sure.

  Got it. I was trying to use one of the wives to change the order, of the marriages but was able to make the changes using the husband.  Brain blip, I guess. Thanks so much.
