i have submitted multiple password resets for my account but have received no reset emails. i had to setup this new account in order to submit this request.
since i don't want to publicly post my email address, how can i get this fixed?

passwod has been located and account accessed.
i don't understand why the reset emails aren't received though

I'm glad to hear you were able to locate your password and access your Geni account again. You may not have received the password reset email if Geni emails have been flagged as spam. Please see our F.A.Q. section for further information:
