  You must have accidentally clicked a link which changed your language, for example in the gray menu at the bottom of each page where the most common languages are listed.

  Guess which of those links you can click to change back to English (US) ...
  Other places where you can change your language is in the menu that popps up when clicking your name in the upper right corner of every Geni window.
