I was told that she is a descendant of the Felan's from South Texas & Northern Mexico, I am a grandson of Anastacio Felan and I believe she can help me develop my genealogy. I would like to make contact with her.

Jeff, Geni Curator Raymond, do you see a profile that she currently manages? I found a Esther Herold on Geni, but she doesn't have a developed tree and hasn't been on since 2011. What you can do is start to build up your tree and hopefully you'll end up connecting into an existing tree. Use online research or the tools build into Geni to help you find the next step.
