I am making this enquiry on behalf of a relative, who is NOT a PRO subscriber. When he goes into Tree mode, he can only view 3 or 4 descending generations, and not nearly as many as I can. Is this because he is not a PRO subscriber? I am a PRO subscriber.
It is really frustrating for us both, because we would like to simultaneously view certain people - I can see them them but he can't!
