I have not received any notification of my upcoming sept. 2nd birthday and neither has my husband. Would you please let me know if there has been an error and resume notifications before the date of my birthday.

Jeff, Geni Curator You can set each profile to send birthday notifications. It's possible this is turned off on your profile. Go to your profile and click Edit. Under the basic tab, look for your "Date of Birth". Under the Date of Birth, there should be a checkbox for "Send birthday reminders to your family". Make sure that is checked. Of course, each member also has the ability to change their notifications so they receive no birthday notices. So both of these conditions have to exist for them to receive the notification.
