How can I upgrade after cancelling initial trial period?

I cancelled my free trial midway - but shortly after doing so, I changed my mind, and wanted the upgrade after all.

BUT: When I now attempt to upgrade to Pro, I am only redirected to the "Special offer: Try Geni Pro for free!" site. And since I used my credit card for the trial period I cancelled, I cannot use it again - thus making it impossible for me to upgrade! No other options are given - it's either "Start free trial" or "Cancel" the whole thing...

I can't seem to find any way around this :-/

  Looks like you got this strait as I see you're a pro member.  :)  If you can, add what you did to get it strait so others searching might find answers.  (And mark the thread as Answered if you can).

  I found no other way around it, so I ended up purchasing through a friend's PayPal account. Not very convenient, really.

  I'm sorry to hear you were having issues upgrading your Geni subscription.  The upgrade page should have gone through, but I did have this looked at further, so it should not occur to others. At this time I show that you were able to upgrade after posting this as you are currently listed as a Pro member.
