I was having problems with my tree, so deleted my account. When i tried to re-start it, it wouldn't accept the same email address. After emailing Geni with no response, I started a new tree with a new email address. I also upgraded this to a pro account with the intention of deleting before the trial ended. This new account was then merged by my wife with my old profile.
Geni, as the accounts were merged (even though I had no access under my old account) are now showing my account as 'Basic' as if I do not have a pro trial. This means I have no way of cancelling the trial - which I insist on doing.
Please can you confirm that my pro account has been cancelled.
