In my Revisions section, two entries have been given a capital G pro icon. Clicking on this opens a page headed Customer Service with entries in the Guestbook by people totally unknown to me. Likewise in Activity. This started a couple of days ago.

I am not showing there's any revisions by Customer Service on your profile. We do have a profile listed as Customer Service if we have to assist with any updates on a profile. Most of the time you may see updates by Customer Service in the revision tab when a person has claimed their profile but has been reported as deceased, the profile is unclaimed and the living status is changed by Customer Service.
