Merge when the other manager is non-responsive

I have requested a number of tree merges where the other manager of the profile is non-responsive to the merge requests - but not SO unresponsive to have the "Abandoned Tree" option.  Is there anything that I can do to move a merge along if the profile manager is ignoring merge requests?

(I am a PRO member.)

  If they're in an isolated tree, then no.  If not (if they're already part of the world tree), then a curator can complete the merge for you.  Post the merge to this forum and see if we can do it.  http://www.geni.com/discussions/80793
