I signed up for Geni with my work email because I wasn't receiving the invitation to my home email, which is with Comcast. Now I'm trying to change it to my Comcast email, and I can't receive the verification for that either. They are not going to my Junk mailbox. What's the deal? Can't I use a comcast email address for my Geni account?

Jeff, Geni Curator I'd pose that question to Comcast. Geni is not filtering out providers. It just sends the email.

Jeff, Geni Curator One of the guys at Geni sent me this "The Comcast problem has been looked into, we've tried every way from Tuesday to get that email through and it just keeps getting blocked. Comcast won't respond to us or their own customers, so all I can tell people is don't use Comcast email."
