I had summited to delete an account of mine.. and it did so.. however my Aunt said she searched herself and my profile that I originally had wasn't set as private, and I can't find any e-mails or contact information to this website.. I had to create another account just to post this question.. I am a bit irritated now at this website as I cannot even 'sumbit a ticket' without a free trial or paid membership?? Please tell me how I can contact the site to have them erase the information from my tree, or even a mailing address.. My aunt got in trouble from work over this.. thank you..

Dan Cornett While you still have a Geni account (even a free one), send a message to Customer Service (profile is http://www.geni.com/people/Customer-Service/6000000013600542058 ) with this link: http://www.geni.com/threads/new/6000000013600542058 ... notice the number is the same on both of those links; the latter is simply the "Send Message" from the profile.

You may ask your aunt or any other family member that had joined your tree to re-invite you back to your profile so that you may delete the information you had posted and then you may close your Geni account again if you choose, otherwise you may ask one of your family members to set your profile to private or delete it.
