I need to delete living people from my tree

I have minors on my tree that are apparently viewable to the public even though I do not allow the public to see.  My son, a minor, did a search and found himself on my Geni tree on GOOGLE!!

He was able to see my tree and his minor siblings.

It will not allow me to delete my son because it says he is a Geni member.  He is not.  He is a minor.  It also will not allow me to delete my wife.  She is not a member either.

If I delete the entire account, will all of this go away and not be searchable on Google?

  Hello Edward:

  Please know that the reason your son was able to see your tree is because he is a Geni member and if he was still logged into Geni he can see everything, I show he was invited to Geni by you last month and your son joined. Minors under the age of 13 are not allowed to be Geni members, but from what I can see your son is not under the age of 13. 

  Your profile and your son's profile is searchable in Google because your Permission settings are set to 'Let the public search for me'. Please see the following link from our F.A.Q. section for further information about controlling what is listed publicly:

  If after reading this and seeing how you can change your privacy settings you would still like to delete your tree, then have your son close his Geni account and then close your Geni account.
