  There should be a "remind" button on their profile in tree view if they have never accepted the invitation.  If they have accepted the invitation prior, then they can just request a password reset if they forgotten their password.

  There is a remind in the Request/sent list, - isn't it?
  If this person have not accepted the invitation you have an option to delete the email and reenter it.
  If not that person have to do a password recovery.

  I used the wrong email address for my brother when I invited him.  How can I invite him with the correct address?

  Do you still have access to edit his profile? - if you can see the email there with an option to delete it you just do that. If not the person who have that email have accepted the invitation and you can send this person a message and kindly ask him/her to just close the account. If  you don't get a response you can add a new profile of him and ask a curator to cut the claimed profile loose.
