How can I use undelete method to retrieve data I accidentally deleted?

I accidentally deleted data when merging a profiles I am the manager for both. How can I retrieve these data back? Is there a way to undo delete? Thanks.

  You might be able to see the data by viewing the conflicting data.  On the profile, choose the Action menu and select "Resolve Conflicting Data".  You might be able to see the data there.  You could also look at the revision tab of the profile, though that will probably show you what changed, not what the conflict was.
