I was fairly competent working in the "old system" but am a little bemused by the new one. I can't seem to even find my own photo album - and I have added so many!
Before, I could add descriptions, view the photo at reasonable size and identify individuals. Now, I don't seem to able to do anything but add, delete or choose which profile photo, and they are so small as to be hardly worth adding.
Where and how should I be looking at my photo's? Thanks, Michele

You may view all of your albums as well as those uploaded by your relatives by going here: http://www.geni.com/photo/recent_albums . You may reach that page by clicking on the Family drop down tab and choosing "Photos". (http://help.geni.com/entries/20029931-how-can-i-access-photo-albums)

I had to go to this page to find the photos???!!! Ya, I work in a tech support unit. Since photos are the HOT topic of the day, don't you think you'd be wise to give it visibility on the main page - like right by the WELCOME? Seems to work great for other sights. I don't mind change, and a little hunting around but this is another reason why I stopped coming to geni so often - some of the changes don't seem to be very friendly.
this is nuts! I FINALLY found photos and what do I see - EVERYone's albums in my tree??>??!!! What is that about? How can I just view my own photo albums from my page? You mean I need a LINK to get find my albums? Another reason I dropped by PRO account.

Ok, now I see that the newest comments on this page go to the top. Can you tell me which pages the newest comment are on the top and which pages have them on the bottom?
Pamela - 1] Order of Entries: Help has entries / comments entered from bottom to top; In Public Discussions they go the other way, from top to bottom - and you can easily page thru them, which is not the case in the Help Platform. 2] Your Home Page - type geni.com in the URL if you are not in Geni in separate Tab or etc - or back-arrow to get to Geni - then click on "Home" at the top (just to right of Big Word "Geni"). In case you meant your profile, instead of what Geni calls your Home Page: To Get a Drop Down window with choices including see your own profile, your Account Settings, Log Out, etc - click on your name in upper right. (Also - aside - To get to your in-box to read messages or send messages - click on the little box (w/number) between the Geni-Search Box and your name in upper right.)
