In my family tree my half is sister is showing two parents - her own and my wife's - am unable to resolve this issue - please help.

I am not allowed to assign parents, nor am I able to delete the wrong parents. All I am told is that I am not allowed to do this as it will split the tree. I do not know how this happened in the first place. Is this a ploy to make me shift to Geni Pro?
