One of my family members whose email addresses I have input is unable to join my tree. He received the following email:

However, when he clicks on the button to view the tree it says:
Error
You don't have permission to view this page
What is causing this issue and how do I fix it so he can join the tree?

Yes, I tried the suggested solution of deleting the e-mail address and re-entering it many times prior. It does not work.
I want to let my niece look at our family tree. I sent an invitation, but she can only see it and can't add to it. Does she have to open her own subscription? Do you still have a free program so she can get started?
I invited a family member to join and view the tree- when he enters my http:// info. and ERROE PAGE appears- how can this be corrected?

I invited a family member. She joined. Her immediate family is viewable for her but she can only see her immediate tree. She is listed in GO TO only with her maiden name.
Hi Bob, it sounds like your relative may have created a separate account. Was she able to accept your invitation by clicking on the link in the email? If she is using the same email address, then it would have asked her to merge her accounts. She needs to accept the request to merge.
If she's using a different email address, then after she accepts your invitation, she can merge her accounts herself in her Email and Password settings by adding the email address for her other account.
