I have a relative who wants to get his profile pic removed and is not happy with me due to this issue. I had earlier closed my geni account and geni said they would get rid of the data but it seems that this has not happened. I am unable to access my account. Geni asks me to email help@geni.com , which I did and received absolutely no response so I had to make this new profile off my facebook account and now I am posting details of this issue here in order that I may get my issue resolved.
