I am trying to change an e-mail address on a profile that has changed. It won't let me. I am the manager of the account. Can anyone help me?

  I have exactly the same issue: I want to change my brother-in-law's e-mail address, as the old one isn't in use anymore (it doesn't exist anymore).

  It won't let me. I am the manager of the account.

  Can anyone help me?
