how do I download information on Geni to my own family tree program ? I use to be able to do this!

Jeff, Geni Curator You can export your tree to a GEDCOM file, which you should be able to import into any family tree software. You can export your tree by clicking the family tab at the top and selecting share your tree, then choose the option GEDCOM export.
