To whom it may concern;
Thank you for that valuable information Mr. Tutak, but I have been unable to
access my family tree( Lucas, Tweedie, McLaglen, Trevino) of which there are
over a thousand entries, ever since GENI began charging for the services. When
my son, Mason Lucas, began our tree, there was no charge, and quite a few of my
family members participated in our geneology sharing this information with GENI.
If I could retain my status as it were before GENI began charging for this
information, I would be glad to continue our research that we painstakingly took
in this wonderful venture. My grandparents records were left behind the Iron
Curtain, so all we had to go by was the Ellis Island records when they entered
the USA, and that was what had launched our involvement with GENI.
Sincerely,
David A. Lucas (lucdal0806@att.net)

Jeff, Geni Curator David, there should be restrictions on viewing or even adding to your tree. If your unable to access part of your tree, there may be something wrong, pending a merger or conflict resolution, or it's just too distant to horizontally that privacy settings affect it (like 4th cousins+). If you want to post a link to the profile or tree area where your having issues, I can have a look and attempt to resolve whatever issue is causing you to not be able to view the tree.
