why does a Geni pro pay in order to merge profiles with My Heritage. Are you not one company now?

I am trying to merge profiles between my Geni tree and same profiles in My Heritage and I am asked to pay.

I am a pro of Geni. I do not feel that I have to pay again for these merges.

  MyHeritage is a different website and there is absolutely no option to merge with profiles there.
  What you pay for is access to MH's huge databases or sources and profiles you can link to your profiles as sources.

  I'm not interested by MyHeritage, because it introduces new costs. I get the geni pro.
