Having that option does of course depend on your access to that profile. If a user profile only the user can edit it, otherwise profiles within your family range can be edited by you, and outside your familygroup you have to be a manager or collaborate with one of the profile managers if a public profile or you have to be a manager or added family member of the manager of a private profile.
