I cannot see that the reason for the problem is mine !?

  Tested it in FireFox, Google Chrome, and Safari and they all worked fine for me.  Perhaps it was tied to their downtime this weekend.  https://www.facebook.com/genidotcom/posts/10151311768672948

  Your help ticket was answered. There are some users that have been receiving error messages when trying to download the family tree poster. A bug report was issued in regards to this.
