Hi, tried to export my tree to my computer, you sent me a zip file!! Not only do I have to download software to open it, there no indication that it is actually a gedcom file. please dont direct me to your Help page, as I have followed those instructions three times, and now have tree zip files!!! Thanks, or maybe not thanks

Jeff, Geni Curator Zip compression is built into any modern computer OS and has probably been part of Windows since XP. What OS are you using? Usually you just click on it, and expand (extract) the file.
