I joined this site and created my family tree 2007 under my name Ingemar Björkenäs IV.Now it`s impossible for me to reach my tree page,due to i have a new email adress.My previous adress was,if i remember it right,ingemar.bjorkenas@comhem.se and my new is emi_inko@hotmail.com. I don`t wanna do all the job with the tree once again..

Jeff, Geni Curator It looks like your brother (Håkan) and two sisters (Lilly & Linnèa) have accounts on Geni in that tree. You could ask them to see what the email address is on that profile and then try to log in using that email address as the username, assuming you can remember the password (or guess it). Otherwise, you could ask them to create a new duplicate profile of you in that tree and enter your new email address. A merge request should be sent to you with this new account your using that has the same email address. Once your back in the tree, you can delete the old profile. Other than contacting your siblings, the only option is to send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com for assistance.
