Difficulty inviting a nephew to join Geni

I'm a PRO member and can invite several members of my family to join but there's one nephew who has asked me to send an invitation yet when I go to his profile (which I entered), there's no INVITE place to enter his email. Any suggestions? Thanks…Bob

  Let me guess: He is under 13?
  Unfortunately  the COPPA - Children's Online Privacy Protection Act rules (http://www.coppa.org/) is preventing Geni from accepting Geni members below the age of 13.

  Thanks for answering, Bjørn. No, in fact he's 28.  What I discovered though is that if I first enter his email address in his profile, it then will permit me to invite him to join. What was confusing was that in another case -e.g. his brother- the system offered an invitation possibility but asked for the email. This time, it needed the email first. Just inconsistent, I think. Not sure why.

  Send me a Geni message using the Geni messaging system.  where you tell me which profile you want to invite him into, so I can take a closer look.
