  If you add a profile, then you can do a GEDCOM export on the decedents.  However, you going to run into the privacy barrier of private profiles outside your family group.  So essentially, the answer is no.  It would be a privacy issue.  If you want to find relatives decedent from King David voluntarily, you could join a project related to him or start a discussion on his profile.
