Gedcom?

I followed the instructions for exporting GEDCOM files, but I MUST be doing somethign wrong. I did it a few months back with the same issue.

I followed the instructions at: http://help.geni.com/entries/466639-how-can-i-export-my-gedcom . I am a basic user with very few profiles so I anticipated a short wait for the email, maybe even a few days. The first time I tried, as I said, was a few months ago. I never received an email with the file. Last night I thought "Maybe it went to SPAM and got deleted!" so I tried again. 12 hours later, no file still.

Is there some reason that I cannot do this?? Thank you!!!

You will need to update your email notifications to receive the GEDCOM notification. For instructions on how to update your email notifications please see the following link: http://help.geni.com/entries/466642-how-can-i-update-my-email-notifications

In the meantime, you may go to the following link to download your GEDCOM once you're logged into your Geni account:

http://www.geni.com/gedcom/download
