Why can't I delete some profiles managed by me?

I am unable to delete some profiles that are managed by me. I have deleted all ancestors to those profiles so there are no relations (except spouse and descendants). Also I'm definitely the "Manager". The X in the Tree is not there. For other profiles I had no problems deleting.

The profiles in question HAVE NOT BEEN CLAIMED. Most of them are deceased.

I have removed all ancestors so by deleting them there will be no disconnected nodes (spouse and children will still be connected to each other).

I am the (sole) manager of the profiles in question.

Any ideas?

  Check the Relationships tab on those profiles.
  Because of an earlier error in Geni there might be some "Unknown" spouse(s) listed there and you have to disconnect them to get an option to delete the profile. If not a Pro user you can ask a Pro collaborator or a curator to remove them for you.

  That is correct. There are Unknown Parents and/or Unknown Spouses listed.

  I'm not a Pro user. Would you be willing to remove them?

  It was my understanding that free users can delete relationships, so long as it doesn't split the tree.

  @Bjørn P. Brox      I  cannot delete  the majority of profiles manage by me also. Tthere is no "X" on them at all.  Could you please explain why this is happened? I am a pro member and still cannot  delete profiles.

  I would also like to delete family members managed by me, but I can't.
