Administrator died

I need to change some things in my tree, that was started by a BIL, that has since passed away.

 

How do I go about doing this?

  Report the administrator as deceased in the Action menu of their profile.  The system should reassign them to the closest active relative.

  You cannot change an administrator's status.  I tried that.
