This is the information I have: Sarah Drake and Joseph Haydon lived in Jessamine County, KY and had issued children. Nathaniel Drake Haydon, son of Joseph Haydon and Sarah Drake Haydon, was born June 24, 1821 and married Sarah Ann Haydon, his cousin, on June 17, 1841, and they had issued children. Joseph Monroe Haydon, son of Nathaniel Drake Haydon and Sarah Ann Haydon was born July 18, 1856 at LaBelle, MS. He married Sallie Drake and she died without children. He then married Henrietta Ludwig and they had one son, Joseph Madison Haydon. Joseph Madison Haydon was born March 31, 1903 in LaBelle, MS. He married Edna Staack and they had three children. Eugene F. Haydon was born to Joseph Madison Haydon and Edna Haydon on March 14, 1938 and died July 8, 1952. Joseph Madison Haydon and Edna Haydon adopted Vincent Russell Haydon (me) who was born on October 19, 1956 to Virginia Haydon, daughter of Joseph Madison Haydon and Edna Haydon, she was never married. This is where my family tree ends. I have no children of my own. It was nice to hear from the other side of the family tree. Thank you for the information, it helps me to fill in some of the gaps.   Edward Haydon married Mary E. Lancaster on 20 Aug 1861 in Knox Co, MO. (Knox Co is next door to Lewis Co where Edmund was born...the name Edmund and Edward seem to be interchanged a lot...note the similarities in the name of Mary & Maria)
  My Haydon interest comes from:
  My gggrandmother, Sarah Margaret Haydon Towles was a sister to Joseph Haydon who married Sally/Sarah Drake. Their parents were Thomas Haydon and Mary Keller. I have probate and wills for this family which I located in Schuyler Co, IL where Thomas and Mary had moved to from Marion Co, MO. Thomas & Mary were married 17 Jan 1801 in Jessamine Co, KY. Thomas' father was John Haydon Sr. who died the summer of 1801 in Jessamine Co, KY. John's father was Thomas Haydon II whose father was Thomas Haydon I.
