How to reset access to a profile without access to the email address on the profile?

A family member of mine would like to regain access to his profile but no longer has access to his old email address. He hasn't been on in a while so he doesnt have his password information anymore either. Is there any way I can get him on again without having to delete and re-create a profile for him? Please help!
