I have a basic account, which I am visiting for the first time in ages and ages. I am trying to get to a certain trnd/or to the owner's page, or to send them a message.
Previously today, I was able to send two other messages.
Now, everywhere I go, I get the same page: a request to update my account. I am still finding it hard to believe that I managed to get to this help page, because before, I tryied to open a ticket, and got the same update page.
I can't find the service terms of a basic account. You guessed it, update request...
This is certainly a bug, either in software or in wetware, but can I report a bug past that update page?!
I find this site dysfunctional in the extreme.
