Locked out of my account

I am locked out of my account. I am a Pro Member and I have tried to contact the Support Desk and all I have received from them is an automated response to say I have to log into Geni if I want to request Help. Pretty stupid when I am locked out.

I know I am still registered because I can see my name and my family tree. My membership has at least three months to run. This is what happens when I try to log into my account.

When I try to log in there is a message to say "The email and password provided do not
match our records"

When I try to recover my password there is a message to say "That email address is not
assigned to a Geni profile."


I have had to use a relative's account to even post here.

How do I get this ridiculous situation sorted out?
