Smart match doesn't update the Geni record as expected

I see the match in MyHeritage and confirm the match but the data doesn't transfer to Geni.  What am I doing wrong?

  I get smart matches on Geni, that take me to myheritage (where i have a data subscription), I hit the "Confirm" button, but it no longer stays "matched", it unchecks itself.

   

  What is wrong.?

  I am having the same problem. Logged out and back in - nothing updates in Geni.

  It might be a MyHeritage problem, do you have the same problem on other sites?
