print basic tree

I cannot print a basic tree??

when I make print the tree appears on the left side of the page and thats it,

it is stuck there does not print

one more question what can I do so that all the birth dates appear on the squares????

  Rosemarie, the tree view is not designed to be a printable chart of your tree.  It is designed for data entry.  Here is some instruction on printing your tree.

  There is third party software that offers more advanced charts.

  And of course, you can export your tree and use desktop software to produce advanced charts.
