How to get proper contact with Geni without subscription?

I have tried everything to get one confirmed e-mailadress deleted from my tree, 6 days later and no reaction at all.

I have mailed help@geni.com, put in a request through this site, twittered,  facebook...

In what age do we live? Every proper company should give a reaction within 48 hours. It makes me sad an gives me no motivation to recommend Geni to any friend or family member anymore. And this makes sure i'll never subscribe to Geni pro...
